Capital Hills is primarily commercially-zoned
located on the north side of Tehachapi City. Highly
visible with easy access from the 58 freeway (Mill Street
exit) Capital Hills is located approximately a mile
north from Tehachapi City Hall.
All the infrastructure is in - City water, power, natural
gas, sewer and lighting. No more Mello-Roos bonds. This
is the future commercial area for Tehachapi just a short
hop from the new Home Depot. A Holiday Inn Express was
recently built here, as was the area's main Post Office.
